Licensed psychologist, cand.psych.
I hold a cand.psych. degree from the University of Southern Denmark and am licensed by the Danish Board of Psychologists. In my work I care about the conversation feeling human, safe and focused enough that something can actually move.
I have worked in general psychology practice, with children and adolescents with anxiety, and in family counseling. This has given me a broad foundation for meeting people — whether it is an acute crisis, a long-standing strain, or a wish to understand oneself better.
I believe lasting change is built on trust and on being able to talk about what is actually there — including what is hard to say out loud. I work in an evidence-based way and adapt to the person in front of me, rather than following a fixed template.
Outside the practice I read a lot, walk long stretches of the city, and look after what has become a fairly large collection of house plants. That is probably part of why the practice looks the way it does.
