INDIVIDUAL THERAPY · CENTRAL COPENHAGEN

Life may challenge us in ways that are difficult to understand

Perhaps you’ve tried to push through, solve it all in your thoughts, or maybe you're waiting with the hope that circumstances will change and make everything feel different. If you're struggling or things have felt unresolved for long it may be the time to reach out.

Therapy offers a place to explore what’s happening — with curiosity, collaboration, and the time to understand yourself more deeply.

Is this you?

Perhaps some of this feels familiar

A person reflecting by a window
  • You’ve done many of the “right” things, but something still doesn’t feel quite right.
  • You find yourself repeating patterns you wish you understood.
  • You often judge yourself more harshly than you would ever judge someone you care about.
  • Your body or emotions sometimes seem to react before you understand why.
  • You want more than symptom relief — you want to understand what’s happening.
  • You’re looking for a place where you don’t have to figure everything out alone.
How I work

Therapy as a collaborative process

I see therapy as a collaborative process. My role isn’t to tell you who you are or what you should do, but to help you explore experiences that are often difficult to make sense of alone.

Sometimes the challenge is clear from the beginning. Other times, people come with a feeling that something isn’t working, even if they can’t yet put it into words. Both are natural starting points.

Together we’ll work to understand what keeps the difficulty alive, explore it from new perspectives, and experiment with changes that feel meaningful and realistic in your everyday life. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where understanding and change can develop side by side.

About

People are not broken

I don’t see people as broken or in need of fixing. More often, I meet people who have been carrying difficult experiences, harsh self-judgments, or patterns that once made sense but no longer serve them.

My hope is that therapy helps you understand yourself with greater clarity and compassion — not to excuse what has happened, but to create more freedom in how you respond to it. When we begin to understand ourselves differently, new possibilities for change often follow.
